Situation:

Beautiful modern mansion in the urbanisation „Siesta“, 1 km from the centre of Sta. Eulalia (see map). From here it is only 12 km to the main city Ibiza and 20 km from the airport.

This villa is well maintained and has 2 floors. From the roof-terrace you can enjoy the delightful view over the sea. A celestial garden consisting of palm trees and different plantings surround this property. The villa is situated only 500 meters away from the beach away.

There is space for totally 10 persons. On 275 sqm of living-area are 5 sleeping-rooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 guest-toilet and 4 terraces and patios. In the spacious living-and eating-room is a open fireplace. 2 of the 5 sleeping-rooms with 2 bathrooms, a small kitchen and terrace are on the upper floor and separately accessible. The whole property is fenced (natural stone-wall). The large pool (8 x 15m) is solar-heated and usable all year. Of course you dispose as well of SAT-TV. Beautiful mansion in the urbanisation „Siesta“, 1 km from the centre of Sta. Eulalia. 2000 sqm of well maintained garden with palm-trees, various plantings and terrasses. 275 sqm of living-area with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms allow 10 people to spend comfortable holidays.
